We help match the aspiring entrepreneur with the retiring entrepreneur to continue to build up time-honored cultures that have taken years to develop.
We get to know you and help you evaluate opportunities you think fit your skills, interests and passion then we match you to a retiring entrepreneur who is looking for someone to take over not just their business but their legacy. When you both agree that the business is a good match, we help you negotiate an agreement, facilitate the transaction and point you to resources that can help with the legal and financial details of the transfer of ownership. In some cases, we invest directly into the opportunity alongside you. We encourage you to build a mentee/mentor relationship with the retiring business owner so they can help steer you through the transition and beyond.
