Investor Components
Our process builds on the proven triple net bottom line system that has been used by many others in the marketplace focusing on investing Social, Spiritual, and Economic Capital into businesses. We add a fourth component, Generational Capital, for a quadruple net outcome.
Social Capital
Our focus is on helping our entrepreneurs improve their people, business, and leadership skills.
We work with our entrepreneurs to help them become better people, business owners, and leaders. This can take many forms but often includes interpersonal skills, personal finance and responsibility, good citizenship, professional development, and more. This investment translates into improved home life and a better work environment for employees and ultimately filters into the community.
Spiritual Capital
We encourage our entrepreneurs to apply Biblical principles to their businesses.
As Christians, we strongly believe that our nation’s Judeo-Christian foundation is the key to its success. We work with our entrepreneurs to help them practically apply Biblical principles into their business, knowing this time-proven wisdom applies across industries, cultures, markets, and ages.
Economic Capital
We partner with investors to identify their needs and expectations and create a plan that works for both entrepreneur and investor.
Direct equity investments or other forms of financing are required for these acquisitions and post-deal capital structures. We work with our investors to identify ROI expectations and exit plans that meet their requirements. We source the deals and identify the aspiring operators.
Generational Capital
We match retired entrepreneurs with those in the next generation to facilitate the transfer of wisdom from one generation to the next.
There is an unlimited amount of wisdom and hard-earned experience among our retired ranks that is too often lost from generation to generation. We seek to provide opportunities to match generational wisdom with up-and-coming entrepreneurs to transfer or “invest” these priceless resources.
This has a multi-fold effect. The current business benefits directly, and future generations gain this all-important knowledge that is then preserved and hopefully transferred again and again. Additionally, the retiree gains an abundance of intangible satisfaction and accomplishment, which enhances their own legacy.
We search for opportunities that offer proven track records with defendable market positions in attractive markets with substantial upside and are interested in businesses that can be scaled well beyond their historic levels when given appropriate capital and operating tools. We also provide high-level business oversight and best practices guidance to help our business owners achieve maximum success.
Our focus is primarily on smaller- to middle-market companies; we typically do not invest in startups.
